Turmeric & Ginger Tea from G Stuff


This ready to drink tea is my new breakfast or after-breakfast staple. It’s got turmeric, ginger, leaf ginseng, gotu kola, and banaba. I love that they use stevia leaves extract as sweeteners which contain absolutely no processed sugar or high fructose corn syrup. I just love G Stuff.





Kale Chips!!

I love that these kale chips are dried, not fried! Kale is known for its high beta carotene content and anti-cancer properties. They come in flavors like Margherita Pizza, Garlic Bread and Cheese. I found them in SUSI, a vegan restaurant located in Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila.
