G Stuff’s Turmeric & Ginger Tea

This ready to drink tea is my new breakfast or after-breakfast staple. It’s got turmeric, ginger, leaf ginseng, gotu kola, and banaba. I love that they use stevia leaves extract as sweeteners which contain absolutely no processed sugar or high fructose corn syrup. I just love G Stuff.

Health Benefits of:

Turmeric – Turmeric contains curcumin, known to have anti-antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that may help treat arthritis. It is also believed to help prevent heart disease and Alzheimer’s disease.

Ginger – Believed to fight the flu and common cold, ginger is also known to treat nausea, dyspepsia, dysmenorrhea, muscle pain and soreness, just to name a few. Because of its anti-inflammatory properties it is also believed to treat osteoarthritis.

Ginseng – Known as an energy booster, ginseng is also believed to reduce stress and promote relaxation (the best of both worlds I must say!). It has also been known to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

Gotu Kola – Gotu Kola has been used to treat conditions like fatigue, anxiety, depression and Alzheimer’s disease. It has also been known to treat viral, bacterial and parastitic infections.

Banaba – Banaba has been used to treat diabetes and also for weight-loss management. It has been known as treatment for diarrhea and to regulate bowel movement.

Stevia – This sweetener is 100% natural and has zero calories! What more can you ask from a sweetener?

*Consult your doctor before using any of these to treat any conditions or illnesses.
